„Przyjdźcie do mnie wszyscy…” — media społecznościowe jako przestrzeń ewangelizacji ludzi młodych

Social media is a space where almost every aspect of human life takes place. Today, social media are used not only for entertainment, but also for education, building social identities and broadening horizons. It is also not surprising that young people are the group most willing to use social media. They are the ones who mainly undertake virtual education, build virtual relationships and look for virtual entertainment. This article discusses the issue of evangelization using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and mobile applications. In the following parts of this article, the reader was guided through exemplary profiles in selected social media platforms and mobile applications, whose main mission is to spread the Word of God, bear witness to faith and nurture basic Christian values. The summary of the considerations is a survey conducted among high school students, aimed at showing their perception of the effectiveness of using social media and mobile applications in evangelizing the young generation.
