In addition, it tends to show the special relationship that connects art with the life of the composer, the sphere of his experiences. Łukaszewski himself confirms that he was shaped as a man and an artist by the “wide context of various events”. He mentions among them the family home and Częstochowa — the place of his birth and growing up. Moreover, the Catholic Church’s teaching about music and certain creative fascinations also played an important role. Łukaszewski’s religious work appears to be the artist’s individual path towards sacrum, which the composer has confirmed in numerous statements.
