Qualities of the human person – the basis for building educational closeness
Synopsis
Building educational closeness is an urgent task determined by the development needs of educational subjects, as well as by social phenomena. There is no interpersonal closeness, including educational closeness, without accepting the concept of a person. The answer to the question: who is a human being determines the content and strength of educational closeness. What deserves attention in this respect is the holistic concept of man - man is a person. A person has the following qualities: dignity, rationality and wisdom, freedom, responsibility, ability to love, transcendence, and creativity. The realisation of the qualities of a human person is a factor determining the building of educational closeness. There is also a reverse relationship: educational closeness allows for the realisation of human qualities.
