Data protection in the Catholic Church. Commentary on the General Decree of the Polish Bishops’ Conference on the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data in the Catholic Church of 2018

The second volume of the commentary on the 2018 General Decree of the Polish Bishops’ Conference regulating the protection of personal data is its part 3. It aimed to provide a systematic and detailed commentary on Articles 1–5 of  the Decree. Thus, this part of the commentary brings closer the key issues related to the Decree such as the scope of  objects, subjects of this particular law, and the legal definitions formulated in it. These issues are at the core of the regulation of data protection and privacy in the Catholic Church.
