On the Concept of the Common Good: The Forest as a Common Good
Synopsis
This work presents the process of developing the concept of the common good and relating it to specific objects, including material ones. Particular attention is given to the obstacles that may arise in this process. The characteristic features of this concept, as well as the distinctive traits that set it apart from similar concepts, are also described. The forest, as a particularly striking example, can play an important didactic role in this process.
